General Terms


At Mexplor.co, we strive to offer you the best possible experience. We understand that unforeseen
circumstances may require you to change or cancel your plans. Therefore, we have developed a
flexible cancellation and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.


2. Deposits and Final Payment
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total service cost. The remaining
balance must be paid no later than one week (7 days) before the scheduled date of the activity. If
the balance is not paid within this period, Mexplor.co reserves the right to cancel the booking and
retain the deposit as compensation.


3. Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days (96 hours) before the scheduled date and
time of the activity. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund, including the
deposit.


4. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 4 days (96 hours) in advance will not be eligible for a refund, except in
cases of force majeure, such as medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or natural disasters. In
such cases, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to assess your situation.


5. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your booking, follow these steps:
– Log in to your account on Mexplor.co.
– Go to the “My Bookings” section.
– Select the booking you wish to cancel.
– Click on “Cancel Booking” and follow the instructions.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be
processed using the same payment method you used for the booking and may take up to 7
business days to reflect in your account.


6. Booking Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking (change the date, time, or number of participants), you must do
so at least 4 days (96 hours) in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and will not incur
any additional cost if made within the permitted period.


7. Activities Canceled by the Provider
If an activity is canceled by the provider due to adverse weather conditions, lack of availability, or
any other reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund.


8. No Shows
If you do not show up for the booked activity and have not canceled within the permitted period, you
will not be eligible for a refund.
