Payment

Please note that all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that may prevent you from attending the retreat. In these cases, please refer to our cancellation policy for information on refunds.

By making the payment, you agree to the below terms and conditions regarding the payment of the salsa dancing retreat Mexico fee.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
2. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat, you will receive a full refund.
3. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to the start date of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the payment.
4. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat, no refund will be issued.
5. In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
6. If you need to cancel due to a health issue, please provide us with a doctor’s note confirming your inability to attend the retreat. In this case, we will apply the above cancellation policy.
