You can choose which cenote you would like to visit, subject to operating conditions and availability.
Tour itinerary
Begin with an approximately 1-hour-and-15-minute guided visit to Ojo 1 or Ojo 2. Afterward, your guide will take you to Cenote Nicte Ha or Cenote Jaguar, where you will have free time to swim, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.

Reservation policy
A deposit of $400 MXN per person is required to confirm your reservation. After receiving your booking confirmation, we will provide a QR code to complete the deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the park.
Important information
- Transportation is not included.
- Cenote access may be adjusted due to weather, safety conditions, park operations, or availability.
- Please bring a swimsuit, towel, biodegradable products, comfortable footwear, and extra clothes.
- Contact us before booking if any participant has a medical condition or limited swimming ability.
