Group dinner & Caribbean welcome
We begin the retreat with a relaxed group dinner designed to break the ice and set the tone for the week. This first evening is about connecting with the group, getting comfortable in the space, and easing into the experience.
Post-dive integration workshop & sunset walk
After diving, we hold a short integration session focused on processing the experience and grounding the body. The afternoon continues with a calm sunset walk, allowing you to relax, reflect, and enjoy the natural surroundings at a slower pace.
Video review & advanced breathing session
This day combines technical feedback with recovery. We review selected dive footage to reinforce key points, followed by an advanced breathing session designed to improve relaxation, control, and overall comfort underwater.
GoPro theory, pool practice & themed dinner
We focus on underwater technique and camera fundamentals, keeping the atmosphere light and pressure-free. Pool practice allows you to experiment and refine skills before ending the day with a themed group dinner.
A slower-paced day designed to reconnect with the environment. We enjoy a picnic surrounded by nature, followed by a unique nighttime cenote experience that highlights the magic of the region and offers a different perspective underwater.
Clip selection, farewell dinner & group recognition
We come together to review selected clips, celebrate progress, and recognize individual and group achievements. The retreat closes with a farewell dinner in a relaxed, celebratory atmosphere.
Editing mini-workshop & tropical farewell brunch
The final day includes a short editing session to integrate what you’ve learned, followed by a tropical brunch to close the retreat on a light and positive note before departure.
