INCLUDES:

  • Complete equipment. Wetsut lead fins
  • Entrance to the cenote
  • Lunch on the way back. Quesadillas, or $150 voucher.
  • Duration 5 hrs per day depending on the student
  • Languages: English /Spanish
  • 8 pm to 10 pm

What’s Not Included:

  • Boat fees, dive site access, transportation

  •  Lodging, travel

  • Medical clearance (if needed)

  • Insurance

LIMITATIONS:

  • -Pregnant women, heart
  • -heart problems
  • -Minimum age 16 years old

Prerequisites / Requirements:

  • Must hold AIDA 2 Freediver (or equivalent)
  • Achievement of performance benchmarks (static, dynamic, depth) from AIDA 2 level

The AIDA 3 Advanced Freediver course is geared toward freedivers who want to push their depth, technique, and safety skills further. You’ll learn advanced equalization (e.g. Frenzel), freefall techniques, training tables, deeper dive planning, risk management, and refined rescue/safety protocols. The aim is to free dive more independently and safely within peer groups.

 

Certification Benefits & Skills:

  • Freedive deeper with better control and safety

  • More independence in planning and executing dives with similarly skilled freedivers

  • Skill to assist in rescue and safety supervision

  • Eligibility for further advanced or instructor paths

Duration & Format (Typical):

  • Usually 3–4 days (or more, depending on conditions)

  • Theory + confined + open water components
