Freediving in cenotes is unlike anything else: beams of light piercing through crystal-clear water, ancient rock formations surrounding you, and a silence so deep it feels sacred.Check the prices in the description.

What’s Included:

Briefing and theory on cenote-specific conditions (visibility, thermocline, safety in enclosed spaces)
Freediving gear (mask, fins/monofin, snorkel, wetsuit, lanyard) provided or rental
Vertical dives under instructor supervision, practicing descending techniques, turns, buoyancy control

What’s Not Included:

Transportation to cenotes
Entry or park fees
Meals, lodging
Medical clearance

Prerequisites / Requirements:

Some freediving experience (e.g. AIDA 1 or equivalent)
Comfort in open water vertical dives
Ability to follow safety protocols and buddy rules
Medical questionnaire clearance

Freediving Aida 1

Freediving invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the water guide you. With a single breath, you enter a realm of calm where time feels suspended and the world above fades into silence.Check the prices in the description.Includes:

Transportation from the pdc school to the cenote.
Complete equipment. Wetsuit lead fins
Entrance to the cenote
Lunch on the way back. Quesadillas, or $150 pesos voucher.
Duration 5 hrs per day depending on the student
