FAQs

What’s the difference between freediving and snorkeling?

Snorkeling stays at the surface, while freediving involves diving down on a single breath with training in breathing, equalization, and safety techniques.

Depth goals vary: AIDA 1 (intro) focuses on shallow water; AIDA 2 may reach 12–20 m; AIDA 3 and higher train deeper with advanced safety methods.

Freediving is safe when properly trained and supervised. We emphasize safety, buddy protocols, and never diving alone.

Yes, beginners can start with an AIDA 1 course or an intro session to see if it’s right for them.
